TOV Eurosoftware-UA

Third parties may not use the contact data published as part of the legal notice – e.g. postal addresses, phone and fax numbers or e-mail addresses - or comparable details to send information to the company, if this has not been specifically requested. We explicitly reserve the right to take legal action against any senders of so-called spam mails, if they contravene this ban.

Data protection

TOV Eurosoftware-UA takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. We therefore treat any personal data, which accrues when operating our websites, as confidential at all times and handle it according to the statutory data protection laws and this data protection declaration.

It is generally possible to use our website without specifying any personal data. Any collection of personal data (e.g. your name, address or e-mail addresses) on our web pages always takes place on a voluntary basis. This data is not passed on to third parties without your overt approval.

We would explicitly point out that security loopholes may exist during the transfer of data on the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail). It is not possible to provide end-to-end protection for data from access by third parties. However, we make every effort to close as many security loopholes as possible by using suitable protection measures.

Information, deletion, blocking

You have the right to gain information free of charge about your personal data that has been stored, its origin and recipients and the purpose of data processing – and any correction, blocking or deletion of this data. You may contact us at any time using the address provided in the legal notice on this matter or on other issues related to the subject of personal data.

Contact form

If you send us any enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact data that you specify there, will be stored by our company for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in case you ask any subsequent questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

Server log files

The provider of our web pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically sends us. This involves:

  • the type and version of the browser
  • the operating system used
  • the referrer URL
  • the host name of the computer making access
  • the time of the server enquiry.

This data cannot be assigned to particular persons. We do not merge this data with other data sources either. However, we reserve the right to check this data subsequently if we become aware of specific indications that any usage may have been illegal.

So-called cookies are used on our Internet sites. Cookies are small text files, which are stored on your computer and which your browser saves. Cookies help to make our services more user-friendly, more effective and more secure. Cookies do not cause any damage to your computer and do not contain any viruses.

Most of the cookies that we use are so-called “session cookies”. They are automatically deleted after the end of your browser session. Other cookies remain stored on your terminal device until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognise your browser again during the next visit so that the language selection used during the last session, for example, is already set.

You can adjust your browser in such a way that you are informed about the setting of cookies and you only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for particular cases or in general and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when you shut down your browser. If you deactivate cookies, this may restrict the functions on this website.

Links with social media operators

We use links to the following social networks on some of our web pages:

  • Facebook (operator: Facebook Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA)
  • Twitter (operator: Twitter Inc., 1355 Market St #900, San Francisco, CA94103, USA)
  • Google Plus (operator: Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA)
  • LinkedIn (operator: LinkedIn Inc., 2029 Stierlin Ct, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA)
  • Pinterest (operator: Pinterest Inc., 808 Brannan Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA)

Any exchange of data with the so-called social media operators only takes place if you have clicked on the relevant symbol button (e.g. the “f” on Facebook, the bird symbol on Twitter, the “g+” sign on Google Plus, the “in” symbol on LinkedIn or the curved “P” symbol for Pinterest). If you click on this kind of symbol button, a page from the appropriate social media operator will open in a pop-up window. You can publish information on our web pages there according to the rules of the social media operator.

When you access the websites of these social networks, an exchange of data takes place with the relevant social media operator.

If you are already logged on to a social network while you are visiting our web pages, it is possible for the social media operator in question to assign your visit to our Internet site to you and your user account. We would point out that, as the provider of the pages, we do not have any information about the content of the data that is transferred or how it is used by the social media operator.

If you are not a member of a social network, it is still possible that the social networks obtain and store your IP address and information about the browser that you are using and the operating system that you use if your visit the Internet sites of the social media operators. If you join the social network at a later stage, we cannot rule out the possibility that the data gathered earlier may be assigned to your new user account.

Please use the data protection information of the relevant social network to discover more about the scope and purpose of the data collection and how the social networks process and use the data; you can also obtain information about your rights and opportunities to make settings to protect your personal privacy. This information can be obtained from the following addresses:

It is also possible for you to use appropriate add-ons for the browser that you use, if required (e.g. so-called “Facebook blockers”). However, we cannot assume any responsibility for the effectiveness of these kinds of solutions.
